Key Skills

  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships from both a strategic and a tactical point of view
  • Lead and develop project proposals with the account team that meet given budget and deadlines and that achieve the business objectives
  • Create a good team spirit among all staff to ensure cooperation and efficiency at all times
  • Be responsible for the client teams’ productivity, outlook and output, while achieving the highest possible standards
  • Ensure Avvio administration procedures are being used properly at all team levels (forecasting, billing, timesheets and client status reports)
  • Be fully accountable and maintain the required level of GP on all projects to ensure they are run efficiently and of benefit to the company
  • Assign projects across the team to ensure workload is balanced and the client is receiving optimum service levels
  • Be available to your account teams for day-to-day support and guidance, helping the teams to prioritise and cope
  • Set a good example and lead by example (be on time, courteous, prompt, and pro-active)
  • Ensure all client communications and creative are checked and of a high standard prior to going to the client
  • Be the main Senior touch point for Avvio and ensure availability to the client at all times

  • Previous experience in Internal Communications or Digital Marketing
  • Strong client leadership and consultancy skills – leading without being overbearing
  • Strong staff leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent budget planning and management, cost control and profit maximising skills
  • 6 years + agency experience in a comparable environment
  • A professional qualification such as CIM or DMI
