And ideally you’ll be degree educated or have relevant agency experience. 

A bit about the role 

At Avvio, every day really is different. But here’s some of the things you’ll be doing: 

  • Be a “go-to-person” and report into Account Manager as and when with updates on your projects/tasks  

  • Learn from your managers in how to build strong, trusting relationships with your clients and key internal and external stakeholders  

  • Become an owner of internal processes, work closely with the other internal agency teams to ensure the smooth flow of work and delivery of assets 

  • Ensure the client understands agreed workflows, manage them through from strategy to delivery of the campaign, with the assistance of your Account Director  

  • Establish an excellent for creative output and accuracy of information – learning to recognise when work is correct and when it needs revisions  

  • Learning to brief accurately any client feedback whilst keeping all relevant parties involved, informed of any changes or updates  

  • Responsible for communicating project status both internally and to clients in addition to gaining approval where necessary  

  • Attend all internal meetings as the project progresses, providing any relevant updates  

  • Be responsible for writing all necessary studio briefs  

  • Be responsible for all relevant documentation and admin 

  • Keeping internal admin up to date including timesheets, project files and budget management systems
