Sky prides itself on being a great place to work. In addition to a fantastic work environment, Sky offers employees a great selection of healthy and affordable food and drink at all Sky sites.
We were asked to develop a campaign to raise awareness amongst employees and ensure they understood the benefits of their Live Well range and how easy it is to Live Well at Sky everyday!
Approach
To make the Live Well range stand out from the extensive selection of food choices available, we created an eye-catching identity with a warm and fun tone of voice that everyone could relate to. This enabled us greater flexibility as we went on to highlight some of the more serious messages such as sugar content.
We launched the campaign by taking our unique "Human" Live Well vending machines to key work sites. Creating a really good buzz around the new Live Well offering whilst educating employees on the campaign key messages.
On launch day, we took over all site restaurants with blind tasting competitions, point of sale material, updated menus and colourful bunting to create a food carnival feel. Clever positioning of materials meant employees could easily find the Live Well products that had previously been unseen amongst the selection available.
Results
The unusual launch day experiential activity saw employees sharing experiences internally with colleagues across the intranet. Overall people were engaged with the new brand realising it’s never been easier to lead a healthy lifestyle at Sky!
